1. Process flow:
Lamp rack and lamp installation → connecting down lead → lamp test
2. Lamp rack and lamp installation:
1) Measure the installation height of lamps (lamp holders) according to the design requirements, and mark on the pole.
2) Hang the lamp holder and lamps on the pole (pulley and big rope can be used to hang the heavier lamp holder and lamps on the pole), put on hoops or bolts, find the irradiation angle according to the design requirements, and fasten the lamp holder after finding the flatness.
3) The elevation angle of lamps installed in rows shall be consistent and arranged neatly.
3. Connect the downlead: fix the pin insulator on the lamp frame, tie one end of the conductor back on the insulator, and connect it with the lamp cap wire and fuse respectively. The rubber cloth and black tape are half overlapped and wrapped with a layer respectively. Then, tension the other end of the wire and wrap it with the back buckle of the main line of the street lamp.
4. The phase line of the lamp shall be equipped with a fuse, and the phase line shall be connected to the central terminal of the screw lamp cap.
5. The connection point between the line and the main line of the street lamp shall be 400~600mm from the center of the pole, and both sides shall be symmetrical and consistent.
6. There should be no joint in the overhead section of the downlead, and the length should not exceed 4m. When it exceeds 4m, fixed points should be added or steel pipe leads should be used.
7. Soft plastic pipe shall be set at the place where the wire enters and leaves the lamp frame, and waterproof bend shall be made.
8. Lamp test: after all installation work is completed, power on and test the lamp, and further adjust the illumination angle of the lamp.
